COURSE OUTLINE
Day 1: HISTORY OF LEADERSHIP AND DIFFERENT LEADERSHIP STYLES
- Learn about the history of leadership and the six different leadership styles proposed by Daniel Goleman.
- Identify five or more stakeholders who will provide feedback on your leadership skills through a 360 assessment.
- Homework: DISC Assessment
Day 2: BEHAVIOUR STYLES (DISC)
- Understand your own behaviour style and how it affects your communication and collaboration with others, using the DISC assessment tool.
- Discuss the results of your 360 assessment and determine where your stakeholders see you as a leader and where you can improve.
Day 3: DECISION MAKING
- Explore the decision-making process and how to apply it effectively in different situations.
- Learn how to avoid common biases and errors that can affect your decisions and outcomes.
- Personal value system analyses and interpretation
- Decision-making protocol.
Day 4: TEACHING LEADERS WHAT TO STOP
- Identify the habits and behaviours that are holding you back as a leader and learn how to stop them.
- Discover the power of positive reinforcement and feedback to motivate yourself and others.
- Homework: EIQ Assessment
Day 5: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
- Develop your emotional intelligence and learn how to manage your emotions and empathize with others, using the EIQ assessment tool.
- Understand how emotional intelligence can enhance your leadership performance and relationships.
- Analyse your own EIQ assessment.

Day 6: DECISION-MAKING PROCESS (FOLLOW-UP)
- Review the decision-making process and practice applying it to real-life scenarios (homework)
- Evaluate your decisions and learn from your successes and failures.
Day 7: LEADERSHIP IS A CONTACT SPORT
- Recognize that leadership is a contact sport that requires constant interaction and engagement with others. - Learn how to build trust, influence, and inspire others through your actions and words.
- Accountability and responsibility
Day 8: CHANGING PERCEPTION AND BEHAVIOUR
- Change your perception and behaviour to align with your desired leadership style and goals.
- Receive a final 360 assessment from the same stakeholders as on day 1 and compare your progress and areas for improvement.
Month 9: BONUS - Enjoy a two-hour one-to-one coaching session with a VIP coach and discuss your final 360 assessment.
